Cancellation Policy – Love Bubbles
Move/change reservation
After consultation it is possible to move the reservation up to 4 weeks before arrival.
We charge €50 in administration costs for this.
Cancel
In case of cancellation or changes up to 3 months before the reserved date, we charge an administration fee of €50.
In case of cancellation between 3 and 2 months before the reserved date, we will charge 50% of the total amount.
In case of cancellation within 2 months before the reserved date, the right to a refund is completely forfeited.
Goodwill arrangement
If we manage to find another couple for your original date, you can choose a new date for a €50 change fee. You can, of course, always suggest another couple to take over your reservation.
Cancellation Policy – Retreats
In case of cancellation of retreats, the following cancellation fees apply:
More than 3 months before start: 0%
More than 2 to 3 months before commencement: 15%
More than 1 to 2 months before commencement: 35%
More than 14 days up to and including 1 month before commencement: 60%
More than 7 to 14 days before commencement: 85%
7 days or less before start: 100%
Cancellation insurance
Cancellation insurance covers these costs and is always recommended. You can also purchase cancellation insurance per event; the costs are very low, and the enjoyment is enormous.
