Shipping Policy
1. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are clearly stated during checkout.
2. Processing time
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Delivery time
After processing, the estimated delivery time is:
Netherlands: 1-2 working days
Belgium: 2–4 working days
Please note that delivery times are indicative and may vary due to busy delivery services.
4. Shipping Methods
We ship our packages via PostNL.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code (if applicable).
5. Wrong address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct shipping address.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may be charged.
6. Damaged or lost shipments
Did your order arrive damaged or not delivered? Please contact us within 48 hours at postkantoor@love-rituals.nl, including your order number and any photos.

Returns Policy
Webshop products right of withdrawal (cooling-off period)
You have the right to cancel and return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
A return request can be submitted via postkantoor@love-rituals.nl
If applicable, the product must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.
We will refund the full purchase price (including standard shipping costs) within 14 days of cancellation, provided the product has been received in good order.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to make the original payment.
